1. Find you a general temporary employee—you can use our employees on an as-needed basis. For one day or forever! This is a perfect way to expand your work force when necessary without the added worry of payroll, workers compensation insurance, and other employment headaches. Whatever type of employee you are looking for, we will find them for you!
2. We work very hard to make sure of your happiness with us and our employees. We do a complete background check on all employees before the client even interviews them. It is also very important to us that personalities match the position needed.
3. Because you are the “boss of us” you tell us how you want to hire. You can either have us find you someone with the skills you desire, or you can interview as many as you want! We pride ourselves on being the job matchmakers!
4. If you should want to hire an employee permanently, you can run them on our payroll for 8 weeks then they can become your employee at no charge. This is a fantastic idea as it is nice to really get to know someone before you make a commitment. If you should find they are not the right employee for your business, just call us and we will replace them immediately. You do not have to do a thing!
5. We can also payroll your current employees. With this service you no longer have to worry about W-2’s, taxes, quarterlies, etc. Talk about relieving the stress!
